Annual meeting

JANUARY 17, 2011 – LAVAL, QUEBEC – First Gold Exploration Inc. (TSX.V: EFG) (US OTCQX: FGEXF) (FSE: F12) is pleased to cordially invite you to its annual general and special meeting of shareholders. The meeting will be held February 8, 2011 at 4:30 p.M. at the Saint-James Club, 1145 Union Avenue, Montreal, Quebec,  for the following purposes:

  • To submit to the shareholders the Company´s financial statements for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2010, as well as the related auditor´s report;
  • To elect the Directors of the Company;
  • To appoint the Company´s auditors and authorize the board of Directors to fix their remuneration;
  • To approve an amendment to the articles of incorporation to change the Company´s name to “Critical Elements Corporation” (and its French version, “Corporation Éléments Critiques”); and
  • To consider any other matter that might properly come before the meeting.
